Cancellation Policy:

• Once a request for a report or consultation is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled.
• Consultations may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Refund Policy:

• Since our services involve personalized astrological calculations, we do not offer refunds once the service is delivered.
• However, in case of technical errors or failure to deliver the report or consultation, we will investigate and may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.
