There are two registration types:
1) Astrologer Registration: For qualified astrologers. We (the Kuuthi admin) provide a special access code which lets astrologers use astrologer-only features.
2) Birth Chart Registration (General users): Anyone can register a birth chart. After payment (one-time, lifetime), the user can view and download their Kuuthi/Birth Chart (download/print on PC/Laptop only for now).

No. For birth chart registration (general users) we do not send a verification code — registration activates immediately after payment. Astrologers receive a special access code from admin (not a verification SMS/code).

Astrologers log in using the special access code provided by the Kuuthi admin on the astrologer login page. This code enables astrologer-specific tools and reports.

Contact support via the Contact Us page or email support@kuuthi.in with your registered astrologer email/ID. We will verify and help reset or reissue your access code.

Go to the birth chart registration page, enter the required details (name, date/time of birth, place), and complete payment if required. Click "Generate Kundli" to view the chart.

No — basic calculations shown on a registered birth chart (planetary positions, houses, ascendant, etc.) are generated using the current date and time at the moment you view the chart. This ensures some calculations (like transit-related values) reflect up-to-date positions.

Yes — but currently download and print features are available only on PC or laptops. Mobile support for direct download/print is planned and will be released soon.

Yes. For registered birth charts we offer a free PDF email service. Please contact us via the Contact Us page or email support@kuuthi.in with your registration ID and request. We will send the PDF at zero charge for registered charts.

The PDF generation and print layout are optimized for desktop rendering to ensure accuracy and quality. Mobile browsers handle printing and PDF rendering differently, so we will add a dedicated mobile flow later.

No. Birth chart registration fees are a one-time payment for lifetime access to that registered chart. You will not be charged repeatedly for the same registered birth chart.

Basic chart generation and the free PDF email for registered charts are included with registration. Detailed reports, bespoke predictions, live consultancy, or advanced analyses may incur additional charges. Pricing for those services is listed on the service/payment pages or can be provided by the astrologer.

We accept common online payment methods (cards, UPI, netbanking, etc.). Exact options depend on the payment gateway used at the time of your transaction and will be shown at checkout.

Yes — after payment you will receive a payment receipt or invoice linked to your registered account/email. Keep this for future reference or refund queries.

Refunds depend on the service purchased. For birth chart registration (one-time product), refunds are handled case-by-case. For consultancy or paid reports, check the specific service terms or contact support with your order ID.

Astrologers apply through our astrologer onboarding process. Once approved, the admin issues a special access code that enables astrologer-only features such as advanced charts, client management, and consultancy tools.

Astrologers get access to advanced chart generators, Panchang, transit tools, report templates, client management, and options to offer paid consultations. Exact feature sets depend on your astrologer tier and permissions assigned by admin.

Yes — astrologers can set their consultancy rates where enabled. Kuuthi may provide booking/payment integrations; consult your astrologer dashboard or admin for payout and billing details.

Log in to your account and go to your profile or the specific registered chart page to edit names, contact details, or (where permitted) birth information. Some edits may require admin approval.

Yes — you can request deletion of a registered birth chart or account by contacting support. Deletion requests may require verification and will follow our data retention and privacy policies.

You can share generated charts using the share/export options provided in the interface. Be cautious when sharing personal birth details; avoid publishing sensitive information publicly.

Kuuthi works best on modern browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Safari. For best printing/PDF results, use the latest desktop Chrome or Edge.

Try clearing your browser cache, disabling browser extensions that might block scripts, or using another supported browser. If the issue continues, provide details (URL, screenshots, browser + version) to support@kuuthi.in.

Not yet. Kuuthi is fully usable in mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile app (installable or via stores) is planned; we will announce releases on the website and via email.

Yes. Kuuthi uses secure servers and industry-standard encryption to protect personal data and birth information. We follow our published Privacy Policy regarding storage and sharing.

No personal information is shared without your consent except where required by law. Service-related data (for processing payments or delivering email PDFs) may be used by trusted partners; see our Privacy Policy for details.
