5. Refund Policy

• Reports/Consultations: Refunds may be requested within 2 hours of payment if the report has not been delivered.
• Once a report is delivered, no refund is provided.
• Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7 business days (minus transaction fees).

6. Prohibited Activities

• Use the platform for illegal or commercial purposes.
• Copy or republish content without permission.
• Use content from Kuuthi.in for AI training or data harvesting.
• Share personal contact details to arrange offline consultations.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

All services are provided “as-is” and are intended for entertainment and guidance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or outcomes of any predictions.

Kuthi.in will not be liable for any losses, damages, or decisions made based on our services. Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid within the last 12 months.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution
